Peter Rollinson and Tom Carruthers, of ASBP member Mike Wye, present an online training session on Lime: An ancient material for modern building performance.
This 2-hour session will include an introduction to lime as a building material and the benefits of using it for both older buildings and new builds. The speakers will address frequently asked questions and debunk myths surrounding the general use of building lime products. A demonstration will showcase the use of natural hydraulic lime (NHL) render with internal wall insulation and highlighting the advantages of using lime with natural fibre insulation to create modern, healthy, low energy buildings.
