ASBP is pleased to host a site visit to the Print Building at Timber Square (25 Lavington St, London SE1) on Thursday 23rd September 2026, 3-5pm.
Timber Square is a pioneering net zero carbon mixed-use office redevelopment comprising two buildings – an 80% retained former printworks, which has been refurbished and extended, and a 15-storey new building (the Ink Building) in Southwark’s Bankside area.
The Print Building now has six additional storeys constructed from a hybrid cross laminated timber (CLT) and steel structure, with 125 tonnes of reused steel used across both buildings on the site, sourced from Cleveland Steel & Tubes.
Join us for a tour of the Print Building and hear short talks from developer Landsec, structural engineer Heyne Tillett Steel and timber specialist Hybrid Structures.
