The Forest Road SNUG home is the first of its kind. An offsite, custom-build, net zero-carbon home, built with the community, that challenges the idea of what a ‘house’ is. The SNUG is a two-storey 44m2 1 bedroom, 1 person home, with a small footprint to fit neatly into back gardens or leftover plots, helping provide affordable new homes and improve urban areas.
