"Littlepits is a replacement dwelling house, set in the Green Belt, within the Chilterns. It is certified Passivhaus Plus making it one of only a handful of projects with this performance rating in the UK. It is constructed from the innovative PH15 System, a complete Passivhaus construction solution which delivers all the essential components required to meet the Passivhaus energy-efficient standard. The house includes a Passivhaus certified basement construction from Glatthaar.
