Westminster City Council are launching a platform empowering Local Planning Authorities to enforce whole life carbon policies and drive sustainable development.
PACER (Planning Application Carbon Evaluation and Reduction) was developed by ASBP member Preoptima, in partnership with with Westminster City Council and funded by Innovate UK. It is a first-of-its-kind platform designed to help Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) enforce whole life carbon (WLC) policies in planning more effectively and with confidence.
