On Thursday, 26 February, ASBP hosted the 10th annual Healthy Buildings Conference at Introba, London. We were pleased to welcome nearly 100 delegates from across the sector, who participated in presentations, panel discussions, networking, and a drinks reception in recognition of this milestone year.
Throughout the afternoon, speakers and panellists addressed a wide range of topics related to healthy buildings, including PFAS and POPs in construction, the WELL Building Standard, air quality research, and the advantages of natural materials and paints.
Simon Jones, host of the Air Quality Matters podcast, conducted interviews with several expert speakers and industry thought leaders regarding the subjects presented during the conference. These short topical videos aim to share knowledge and insights, as well as promote healthier buildings and construction.
Simon also interviewed ASBP Chair Mark Lynn for his podcast, which is available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music. He shared insights from his extensive experience in natural building materials, focusing on how material choice impacts indoor air quality and the benefits of natural alternatives. The podcast is available on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music.
