Steve Gilchrist is a Project Director in the Grosvenor Development team, heading up the delivery of South Molton Triangle, a more than 2 acre site in North Mayfair following his previous roles at Arup and Sir Robert McAlpine. Steve has delivered some key Grosvenor projects such as 33 Grosvenor Street, Eccleston Yards, Adidas Oxford Street Flagship and 24/25 Grosvenor Street.
Sustainability and Innovation are two key focuses. Steve is pioneering how the industry designs for the Circular Economy, with particular focus on Material Re-use. He leads a working group for the UKGBC’s Circular Economy Forum and represents Grosvenor as a founding member of Steel Zero – a global initiative that brings together leading organisations to speed up the transition to a net zero steel industry.
Steve has a variety of experience in Contracting, Civil/Structural Design and Project Management – this experience spans many sectors from commercial office to aviation/infrastructure
