Visitors can learn about the hub’s alignment with the Skills Taskforce for Rapid Decarbonisation, and how to get involved. With a published report and an action plan targeting results by 2025, this session highlights the importance of collaboration to drive meaningful change in the construction industry.
  • CIBSE on Setting the Standard: The UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Pilot; visitors can discover the transformative potential of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UKNZCBS), launched in September 2024 to unify the approach to net zero carbon in the built environment. The panel will share their experiences to showcase how this free-to-access framework provides robust, transparent guidelines for achieving net zero buildings, addressing upfront carbon, operational efficiency, and performance alignment with UK carbon reduction targets
