Debbie has worked in and around the construction sector for over 20 years, both in the UK and Australia. With a background initially in marketing & business development and latterly in sustainability and the circular economy, Debbie has worked with a number of different organisations in the sector. This experience highlighted the importance of having cross discipline engagement and collaboration.
In addition to being Director – Circular Economy & Reuse and leading on the Reuse Now campaign at the ASBP, Debbie Ward is also a Director of The Rebuild Site, a construction materials reuse facility. Debbie delivers circular economy related projects including workshop sessions and stakeholder engagement through her business Cirklo, and is an active member of the ISEP, ACAN and UKGBC Circular Economy groups/committees.
