A 2-part lunchtime learning series covering the current Biodiversity Net Gain mandatory requirements and what you need to do for your projects to comply.
Biodiversity Net Gain is an approach to development that aims to leave biodiversity in a measurably better state than before development. Since February 2024, most developments have been required to deliver a minimum 10% biodiversity net gain,secured for at least 30 years.
Part 1, on 9th July, focuses on policy and compliance requirements, whilst Part 2, on 16th July, focuses on the practical application of BNG assessments.
