Speakers:
Robin Walter is a forester, writer and speaker specialising in regenerative forestry. Robin researches and promotes the co-benefits of productive forestry for timber, fibres and food with sustained and increasing carbon storage, habitat enhancement and biodiversity.
Cat Byrne is a forest researcher with a particular interest in bioacoustic monitoring and soundscapes as a way to connect us and other species with woodland landscapes. She is a former researcher for Evolving Forests and WoodLad fellow at Hooke Park, developing a 100 year strategy for their woodland that explored experimental silviculture and sustainable woodland management.
