Sarah is a Development Manager at FORE Partnership. In her role, she is responsible for the successful completion the firm’s retrofit projects from beginning to end. She manages planning issues, and has responsibility for the technical, legal, and financial stages of the development, liaising with architects and local authorities. Sarah oversees the appointment contractors and external consultants, and plays an important role ensuring the on-time/on-budget completion of FORE’s projects.
Prior to joining FORE, Sarah was Development Manager at Cubix, a leading regional real estate developer working across the South West working across the mixed use, residential, and commercial sectors. Sarah lead the external pre-construction and construction teams and her notable projects included Halo, Bristol, a high-profile 116,000 sq ft Grade A office designed to BREEAM Outstanding accreditation. Prior to Cubix, she was previously a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend.
Sarah holds a BSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, and a B Arch in Architecture from Nottingham University. She is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
