Carl Taylor

Carl is the Assistant Director of New Business and Growth for the GreenSquareAccord Housing Association a large Housing Association with 28,000 homes and a 1000 unit a year development programme.  He has responsibility for the GreenSquareAccord HA ISO14001 accreditation and environmental continuous improvement programme. Carl has played a key role in developing the Green Agenda in GreenSquareAccord which is currently Housing Digital’s sustainable Housing Provider of the year. He has a long history of developing initiatives such as the whole House Wrap to take a fabric first, one step approach to retrofit Carl has also been at the forefront of developing the “Local Homes” closed panel timber frame product. He is currently leading GreenSquareAccord’s CHARM project  delivering 12 virtually plastic free apartments –  a first in the UK.
