This training opportunity is also likely to  be of benefit to employees of tendering organisations and authorities.

The online course is structured into three blocks (Level 1, 2, and 3). Each block/level includes three sessions, each lasting four hours, and is followed by an online exam.

Level 1: Introduction to EPD Competence

In Level 1, participants gain a foundational understanding of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and their importance for businesses. The course covers the benefits of adopting EPDs, the risks of non-compliance with future regulations, and how integrating EPDs can enhance a construction product manufacturer’s market position and reputation. Participants will also explore EPD regulation, risk management, and strategic marketing and have a high level overview of the process of obtaining EPD.

Level 2: EPD Implementation & Production

Building on Level 1, Level 2 focuses on the practical aspects of EPD implementation within a construction product manufacturer. Participants will learn about various approaches to collecting data for EPDs, making informed choices in EPD production, and understanding how to utilize EPDs effectively for business growth and sustainability reporting.

Level 3: Advanced EPD Production Supervision
