The natureplus Late Lunch 2025 sessions focus on renovation materials for the holistic, sustainable renovation and repurposing of existing buildings. They will also be addressing other topics, such as the use of low-tech in the refurbishment of existing buildings, economic and legal aspects of conversion projects and funding opportunities.
The August Late Lunch was postponed to early September due to the harvest – a busy time for the speaker, Marlene Stechl of onmatter. Marlene will talk about the environmentally friendly use of agricultural by-products as raw materials for building products. Marlene Stechl from onmatter shows how these bio-based raw materials are turned into marketable building products from harvesting through processing steps, explains their technical properties and illustrates the use of current research results in conversion and renovation projects.
The 45-minute Late Lunch webinars include experts from the sustainable construction industry, are free to attend and take place at 12:00-12:45 GMT, in German (unless otherwise stated*).
