Drawing on measured data from a completed social housing retrofit, this webinar looks at what performance reveals once the works are done. Across 23 monitored homes, only 7 reached the SHF Wave 3 target of 90 kWh/m², several showed no measurable improvement, and a number may not have needed intervention at all. At programme scale, that is capital that could have delivered more elsewhere — and a position that becomes harder to defend as funders and boards ask for evidence, and as Awaab’s Law and MEES raise the cost of getting it wrong.
The question for anyone allocating the next tranche is direct: how much of your spend is landing where it changes outcomes — and how would you know before you commit the next round?
