Dr Ivor Davies will be exploring what we need to consider when designing and constructing external timber cladding. This webinar aims to help designers, builders and homeowners avoid common problems, introducing the key considerations affecting the design and construction of external timber cladding, and focusing on the main questions and challenges that can occur. The topics to be covered include design principles, timber selection, construction detailing, fasteners, specification, key safety considerations, and maintenance.
