South Yorkshire based social enterprise company, Recovery Insulation Ltd. is pleased to announce that their low carbon recycled cotton/ denim insulation – Inno-therm®/Metisse® has been selected for the Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games 2018 to be used at the International Broadcast Center and various broadcast venues at the Games.
Recovery Insulation Ltd. are a trading arm of the Schools & Homes Energy Education Project Ltd/ Solar-Active charity. As a social enterprise, they stand apart from other insulation companies in donating a proportion of sales income to Solar-Active to conduct renewable energy and energy efficiency activities in educational establishments and general public.
Inno-therm®/Metisse® is also being installed in the REACH Homes affordable housing project in Sheffield. The insulation was also used at the Rio Olympics 2016 and Winter XXII Games in Sochi 2014.
