In just six weeks Timber Expo, the UK’s only event dedicated exclusively to Timber, will return to Birmingham NEC from 10th – 12th October 2017. Not to be missed, this year’s show will explore the latest advances across the industry and offer visitors a first look at some of the latest products, applications and innovations from across Europe.
The ASBP are exhibiting again on stand no. T524, whilst Simon Corbey will be speaking at 11:45-12:45 on Tuesday 10th in the Surface Materials Show on the subjects of ‘the circular economy, healthy products and material performance’; and at 11-1pm on Thursday 12th in Timber Expo on the ‘health and wellbeing agenda; opportunities and challenges for the timber industry’.
At a time when building materials and regulations are under scrutiny it is now more than ever before crucial for the industry to take a proactive step toward educating and inspiring those that work in the built environment. Timber Expo will provide visitors with a series of free to attend workshops and importantly play host to a vast range of timber applications, from timber frame to fire protection, through to plywood, CLT and timber cladding.
ASBP Patron member STEICO UK Ltd will showcase its European Technical Approval (ETA) awarded product SteicoFloc, a high-quality air injected cellulose insulation, manufactured from recycled paper on stand no. T420. ASBP members Ty-Mawr Lime Ltd (stand no. T528) and Lime Green Products Ltd (stand no. T420) will also be exhibiting throughout the show.
